This is a working cattle ranch thirteen miles south of Galisteo, and about 35 minutes south of Santa Fe, New Mexico. It consists of (very approximately) 9,500 acres or rolling high plains, desert type county. It runs about 50 acres per AUM. The northern end of it has awesome views of the Sangres and there are views to the horizon in every direction. It highest and best use at this time would probably be as a developement of large recreational ranches or one huge private recreational ranch. It's very open country with magnificent vistas.
